The law of attraction does not just respond to what you want — it responds to what you believe you are worthy of receiving. You may desire financial abundance, but if deep down you carry a belief that you are not worthy of wealth, you will unconsciously sabotage every opportunity that arises.

  • You downplay your desires as "too big" or "selfish"
  • You feel guilty when good things happen to you
  • You self-sabotage when things are going well
  • You attract relationships or situations that confirm you are not enough
  • You give more than you receive and feel uncomfortable receiving

Practices to Build Unshakeable Self Worth

1. The Self Worth Audit

On a scale of 1-10, rate how worthy you feel of receiving: love, money, health, success, ease. Where the number is low, that is your work. Journal: "I do not feel worthy of _____ because..."

2. Daily Self-Compassion

Begin treating yourself with the same unconditional love you would offer a beloved child. Speak to yourself kindly. Notice your inner critic and consciously choose a gentler voice.

3. Worthiness Affirmations

Specific self-worth affirmations are more powerful than generic ones. "I am worthy of financial abundance" targets the exact belief you are healing. See our affirmations guide for more.

4. Receive Practice

Start small — receive a compliment without deflecting. Accept help when offered. Allow yourself to be cared for. Receiving is a muscle that needs exercise.
